AASA Membership Eligibility:

Regular Member
Established companies of good repute and sound financial condition with at least one facility in North America, actually engaged in the manufacturing, production, formulation, re-manufacturing formulation or production control of products or services integral to the manufacturing of products for the automotive aftermarket shall be eligible for regular membership in AASA when approved by the Board of Governors.

Division/Product Line Membership
Subsidiaries, divisions or operating units of member companies have the right to apply for membership in the Association provided they meet the association's requirements. Upon approval they shall enjoy all membership services (except for voting privileges).

Affiliate Membership
Any recognized company engaged in the automotive aftermarket may be admitted as an affiliate member under such conditions and with such rights and privileges as the Board of Governors determines but shall not have voting privileges. Click Here to fill out the Affiliiate Application.

Publication Membership
Any recognized publisher engaged in the automotive aftermarket may be admitted as a publication member under such conditions and with such rights as the Board of Governors determines but shall not have voting privileges.

Membership Dues:
AASA dues are based on the annual North American sales volume of automotive products by member companies. Please check the box next to the sales volume of your company. The right-hand column shows your annual dues. Membership dues for affiliate, division and publishers are a fixed price regardless of sales volume. Dues amount will be prorated, based on application date.

Acceptance of Terms

The above-named company hereby applies for membership in the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA). Accompanying is our authorization to charge the indicated credit card for one year's dues, based on the category into which our company falls (as indicated in this application), or a P.O. is indicated or a check is in the mail.

We have read the "Eligibility Requirements" of this application and believe our company is eligible for membership. By joining AASA, if your company manufactures original equipment automotive products, you also may be eligible for membership in the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA). If your company has sales of products for class 6, 7 and 8 trucks, your company may also be eligible for membership in the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA).

If approved for membership, the term of our membership is the remainder of the current calendar year. We also agree that, as members of AASA, we will abide by all of the association's bylaws. We understand membership may be terminated if dues payment is more than 60 days past due.

Application is subject to AASA Board of Governors Approval.
